The house
has it's own large L-shaped swimming pool (heating is
optional). It's in a screened enclosure (to keep the bugs
away ! and also provides a sunscreening factor). The pool area
is private as it's well screened by
shrubs and stately palms, also behind the house is a wide
conservation zone.
Subtle pool and patio lighting is provided to ensure you can
enjoy
the pool under the stars :

Alongside
the pool is a deck area which enjoys sun all day long. Plus
a covered dining area which stays in the shade most of the day
and provides a welcome respite
from the sun, although enjoys the evening sun (nb picture above was
taken in the early evening) - perfect for cocktails, 'al
fresco' dining, or simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Plenty
of
comfortable chairs and
sunloungers are provided to enable you to relax
and unwind ....

A child
safety fence is provided in the pool area to prevent children
accessing the pool/jacuzzi when responsible adults aren't
around. Although childproof, it is in sections and
all, or part of it, can be removed for easy access.
