The house
has it's own 26 by 13 foot pool and jacuzzi (heating is
optional), which are in a screened enclosure (to keep the bugs
away ! and also provides an sunscreening factor). The pool area
is private as it's well screened by
shrubs, a considerable distance from neighbouring property and
sidestreet, also behind the house is a wide conservation zone.
Subtle pool and patio lighting is provided to ensure you can
enjoy
the pool under the stars :

Alongside
the pool is a large deck area which enjoys sun all day long. Plus
a covered dining area which stays in the shade most of the day
and provides a welcome respite
from the sun, although enjoys the evening sun (nb picture above was
taken in the evening) - perfect for cocktails, 'al
fresco' dining, or simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Plenty
of
comfortable chairs and
sunloungers are provided to enable you to relax
and unwind ....

A child
safety fence is provided in the pool area to prevent children
accessing the pool/jacuzzi when responsible adults aren't
around. It is in three
sections and all, or part, of it can be removed (at your risk)for easy
access.
