However, as soon as you have confirmed your
booking, the cost of rental is
guaranteed against further
increase.
The prices above are
for the property, not per person (so are fantastic
value when compared to hotel prices/facilities !), and include all
utilities and taxes, plus cleaning following your stay.
Rental Period
Where you stay crosses
two price zones the price charges will be charged on a pro rata
basis.
A cleaning fee of £65/$125 will be charged for reservations for
less than 7 nights.
A minimum
rental applies during peak season dates (Easter and Christmas)
Provisional Bookings
A provisional booking, made by telephone or email, can be
held for one calendar week, pending the return of a completed
booking form together with a deposit of £250/$450 required to
confirm your booking.
Booking Confirmation
and Price Guarantee
As soon as you have confirmed your
booking and paid a deposit of £250/$450, the cost of rental is
guaranteed against further
increase. This guarantee is offered subject to our conditions of
payment being met, and providing no further amendments are made
to your booking.
Final Payment
Following return of your booking form and deposit, you will be
sent a receipt and confirmation of your reservation, which will
state the date for the payment of the balance due ( this will be 8
weeks prior to commencement of your holiday). We reserve the
right to treat the booking as cancelled is we do not receive the
balance by this date.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250/$450 is payable with the final
balance. This will be refunded to you within 30 days of your
departure providing keys are returned, and no major or wilful
damage has occurred. It is recommended this is sent
as a separate cheque.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made in either UK pounds or other currency (but not a
mixture !), credit card, cash or bank transfer. Cheques should
be made payable to 'H Peabody-Rolf'.
Sub-Letting
The accomodation is reserved exclusively for the people names on the
booking form and no other person is permitted to stay there.
Alterations to Confirmed Bookings
We will do all we can to help, but cannot guarantee to meet all
such requests.
