For your enjoyment a super 37" LCD TV is provided in the lounge complete with cable, DVD/CD and video (US format); plus a range of games and novels, and portable 'boom boxes'.
The facilities provided in the kitchen include a full American range (cooker) comprising 4 ring ceramic hob/oven/grill, microwave oven, fridge/freezer (complete with ice maker), dishwasher, coffee maker, a wide range of cookware and utensils, etc ....
